This Day Pass includes access to facilities and 1 lunch menu per person, choosing between Aguamarina's Burger or Pizza Corner. Dinner menu is not included nor drinks at bars, restaurants or other hotel points of sale, which must be paid separately. Food allergies: notify us by email or at reception upon arrival. Minimum of 10 tickets required. *All tickets included in the same purchase must correspond to the same type of day pass. Any differences will be settled at reception. The hotel reserves the right of admission and/or expulsion in the event of irregularities, misuse of the day pass, or failure to comply with the hotel’s rules and regulations. Proof of Child's Age The age of the child must be verified by presenting a valid official document (ID card, passport, family record book, or equivalent document) at the time of entry. If the child's age cannot be verified, the adult admission rate will be charged, and no subsequent claims or refunds will be accepted. Day Pass Check-in: Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to Reception to complete the final check-in formalities and collect your Day Pass wristband. At the end of the day, you must return to Reception to check out, where your Day Pass wristband will be removed. Security Deposit: To ensure the proper use of Day Pass wristbands on the booked date, the hotel requires a €20 security deposit per person when the wristband is issued. The deposit will be refunded in full using the same payment method once the day has ended and the wristband has been returned and cut off, provided that it is returned on the same day the Day Pass was used. Failure to comply with the hotel's rules, misuse of the wristband, transfer to another person, tampering with it, failure to return it, or returning it after the day on which the Day Pass was used may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, expulsion from the hotel premises, and the loss of the right to use the Day Pass service, without prejudice to any additional measures the hotel may deem appropriate.
